When Apple decided to open one if its company stores in South Florida, Gold Coast Mac made sure it was there at the start. We took members on a sneak preview, and we were on hand when the doors opened and hundreds of enthusiasts came to play.
But, there's more to the store than just good software selection and up-to-date hardware. Hear from the manager of the store, as well as the Apple manager who helps coordinate stores on the East Coast, about why Apple opened the stores, what it hopes to accomplish, and the relationship it expects with user groups.
And, if you weren't able to be there for the opening, you can share in the excitement that morning at The Falls. If you're planning to visit, use this as a tour, so you know what to expect! The quality of the movie has been reduced to speedy viewing, even at modem speeds. The movie should start playing even as it downloads. If not, click on the start control to get it going.
